Day 7

The big day!!! 

We headed down to Fisherman's Wharf on our bikes.  Then we took a boat ride of the bay to Alcatraz Island.  I got pictures of Al Capone's and "The Birdman's" cells.  Kind of an eerie place, the cells were definitely small.   Most inmates were in their cell 23 hours each day!!!

I tried to get across the Golden Gate Bridge, but man was traffic backed up.  Got pretty close though!
