This was the day we headed to Las Vegas. We had three glorious nights planned in the city of bright lights. Weather was going to be great, upper 70's and sunny. We couldn't wait to check out some of the shows. We stayed at the Circus Circus Campground, right there on the main strip!!!
I know I mentioned the head winds before, luckily they changed direction. Problem was, so did we. Yep - coming straight at us again even though we were now heading East...

| This was weird, we passed through Death Valley and then made a 5000 climb in just 16 miles. There were 7 vehicles broken down as we went through. |

| One thing I didn't like about campgrounds out west, they were all pavement, no grass. |
